Chowdhury Dress Return & Refund policy

Although we sincerely hope you will love your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unsatisfied items for a refund please send an email helpcdress@gmail.com or create a self return (https://chowdhurydresses.com/apps/parcelpanel-returns/)  and we will get back to you.

We allow returns up to 30 days from delivery for international customers. However, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there are any issues with your order.

Your item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it needs to be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels remaining on it.

If you are unable to request a return using our online portal, please follow these steps:

2. Please clearly mention your order number (starts with CD147)** and the reason for the return.

3. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will carefully examine it and update you on the status of your refund.
